Description

The ddh-notion-bridge was a high-level orchestration layer designed to bridge the gap between technical 'Maker' logs and reflective 'Manager' documentation. Built for the March 2026 Notion MCP Challenge, it functioned as a webhook-driven listening post, waiting for engineering telemetry to hit the PostgreSQL vault and immediately translating it into formatted project updates in Notion. It acted as the External Vocal Cord, allowing the Hive to communicate its internal state to a third-party platform.

Key Features

  • Webhook Listener

Remotely hosted on Railway, listened for Journal Entries and Engineering Logs in real-time.

  • Desktop MCP Bridge

Used locally on the Mac Mini to provide desktop AI (Claude) with a live, structured view into the colony's data.

  • Two-Stream Sync

Successfully merged terminal-side Maker data with WordPress-side Manager reflections for unified history.

  • Semantic Standups

AI-driven logic synthesized raw technical logs into human-readable project summaries.

  • Automated Documentation

Removed human copy-paste friction by automating transfer of telemetry from lab to boardroom.

Changelog

Version 2026.03.15

  • Archive

Archived due to cloud-dependency and lack of offline-first resilience in Notion.

  • Note

Logic is being refurbished for Gemma 4 local lab experiment.
